Terms of Sales
This Agreement exclusively covers any sale of products through the website www.vapehut.gr. Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Each user who enters and makes use of the services of the online store is deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept the terms set forth herein, without any exception. If any user does not agree with these terms, he must refrain from using the online store and from any transaction with it. By accessing, viewing or using any Services, and at your own risk, knowing the sanctions provided for by the provisions of par. 6 of article 22 of Law 1599/1986, “Anyone who knowingly declares false facts or denies or conceals the true facts with a written solemn declaration of article 8 is punished with imprisonment for at least three months. If the perpetrator of these acts intended to obtain for himself or another a material benefit by harming a third party or intended to harm another, he is punishable by imprisonment for up to 10 years. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and fully capable of legal action in the jurisdiction applicable to your case, and you agree to be bound by and subject to the Terms of Use. In connection with the above, you also represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to agree to and be bound by these Terms of Use.
Sending your order implies acceptance of this Agreement and all its terms. All products displayed on www.vapehut.gr and that do not meet the specifications of the European Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU) and Law 4419/2016 are addressed ONLY to consumers residing in countries where the above directive does not apply.
2. Orders / Contract
Orders must be received in writing via the Internet by completing and submitting the relevant Order Form available on the website www.vapehut.gr. Your order is considered received by Vape Hut from the moment you receive a relevant order status update with the indication “Confirmed by the buyer”. Order status updates are displayed on the user’s screen and are sent by e-mail to the contact email address registered by the user. During the processing of each registered order, the availability of stock of the products you ordered is also confirmed. Your order is considered binding when the order status indicates “Shipping”. The order status is constantly updated as and when changes occur during the management of your order. You are required to check the Registration Confirmation and immediately inform Vape Hut (no later than within 2 hours from the time of receiving the electronic notification with the indication “Confirmed by the buyer”) in writing of any error, otherwise the information mentioned in the Registration Confirmation will apply to this Agreement. Before sending the Order Form, please take note of the following information:
– The listed prices of the various products displayed on the website pages include the legal VAT.
– The prices of the online store may change at any time without notice.
– Vape Hut bears no responsibility and does not cover differences in the prices of products purchased from a physical Vape Hut store and the customer subsequently found a lower price in its online store or vice versa.
– The various product offers are valid until stocks run out. In the event of low/limited availability of a product stock that has been put on offer, Vape Hut reserves the reasonable right to have the relevant orders executed based on the satisfaction of as many of its customers as possible, i.e. orders placed by different/separate users. Vape Hut strives to provide you with high quality services every day. Vape Hut, in good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by any errors in the characteristics, photos and prices of products listed on the website www.vapehut.gr and cannot guarantee that there will be no errors for any reason when entering and/or updating the characteristics and/or price of a product. In good faith and for your own protection, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, before proceeding to order it, please contact the Customer Service Department from a landline or mobile phone or by sending an e-mail. Vape Hut provides you with the option of ordering the products that are available through its online store and receiving the products at your door from the cooperating courier company in Greece. This option is provided to you under the following terms and conditions:
3. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any stage of completion by emailing admin@vapehut.gr. Depending on the stage of your order, we will inform you of your options.
4. Delivery / Ownership / Risk
The products can be shipped anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be shipped to the location you have indicated on the Order Form by courier service. In areas where it is not possible to ship your order via courier service, the shipment will be made via the Hellenic Post Office at the shipping time provided by the Hellenic Post Office. Shipments will be made daily on Saturdays, except Sundays and holidays (local and non-local).

Shipping
Vape Hut, subject to clause 8, will make every effort to ship the products to you within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday). In the event that some of the products are not immediately available and provided that they can be ordered from Vape Hut’s suppliers, the delivery time is set at approximately 5-20 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on the product category. The place of delivery is indicated in the “Order Entry”.
Ownership of the Product is transferred upon full payment, while the risk is transferred upon delivery.
CAUTION!!!
If the package of your order arrives at your place by the courier you selected IN BAD CONDITION (wet, torn, etc.), you must REFUSE TO RECEIVE IT, so that it can be returned to our store for inspection of the products and replacement of possible damages.
If you receive the package while it is visually damaged, then you automatically accept that it is intact and you do not have the right to request compensation later on.
5. Product Warranty
To send and confirm each order to AlterSmoke or its online store www.vapehut.gr, you are required to read and accept the additional content regarding the guarantees provided or not, in the guarantee section, which you will find on the tab of each product within the online store www.vapehut.gr
By proceeding with the order or purchase process from the Vape Hut store, you confirm that you have read and accepted all the terms, procedures and explanations mentioned in this text and in the references made within it.
5.1 Seller’s Liability for Actual Defects or Lack of Agreed Properties
In the event of Vape Hut’s liability for a real defect or for a lack of an agreed property of the product (“legal guarantee”), the buyer is entitled, at his option, to a) demand, without any burden on him, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, b) request a reduction of the price or c) withdraw from the sales contract, unless it is an insignificant real defect. For a property to be considered agreed, it must have been agreed in writing. If the buyer chooses to correct or replace the product, Vape Hut must proceed with the correction or replacement within a reasonable time.
The above statutory (Article 540 of the Civil Code) rights of the buyer are prescribed after two years.
In any case, if you find a defect, you can contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next business day at the email admin@vapehut.gr.
5.2 Supplier Liability & Warranty
New products with a long lifespan (“durable consumer goods”) are mandatorily accompanied by a written guarantee from the manufacturer of the product or from the company that imported the product into the EU or from the company that appears as the manufacturer (“Supplier”).
The Supplier must provide the consumer in writing, in the Greek language or with internationally established symbols, with clear and complete instructions for the safe use, preservation, maintenance and full exploitation of the product and information on the risks during its use and maintenance. The guarantee must include, in simple, legible and understandable language in the Greek language, at least the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the guarantee refers, its exact content, its duration and the extent of its territorial validity. The guarantee must comply with the rules of good faith and not be voided by excessive exclusion clauses. The duration of the warranty must be reasonable in relation to the time during which these products are expected to remain technologically up-to-date, if this time is the shortest of their possible lifespan.
Vape Hut, as a Supplier according to the above, includes in its products with a long lifespan, the conditions relating to their safe use and maintenance, and with which the buyer must comply.
Vape Hut does not provide a warranty, nor does it guarantee protection for the suitability of the product sold for any particular purpose.
6. Right of Withdrawal Due to Change of Mind
You have the right to return the products you purchased from our online store, free of charge and without having to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return the products, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been used, unsealed or their packaging tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
In case of Withdrawal-Change of Mind, you have the option to return the product yourself to a Vape Hut store. In case you choose to receive it from an address of your choice, you are invited to fill out the Return Form available on our website. (www.vapehut.gr Return Policy/Return Form). We will collect the product from your location for a fee of €5 if it is a Withdrawal-Change of Mind.
Depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method in which the return will be made, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. The refund can be made by crediting your bank account that you will notify Vape Hut.
Otherwise, your statutory rights apply, as described in paragraph 5 above.

7. Force Majeure
Vape Hut is not liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond Vape Hut’s control or due to force majeure and therefore Vape Hut is entitled to an extension of time for performance. Indicative examples may be strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transport/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such events last for more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
8. Amendment of the Terms Hereof
Vape Hut reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The modification or renewal will be effective from the moment this text is updated with any change.
9. Miscellaneous
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining Agreement will continue in effect. Vape Hut may enter into an agreement to assign its obligations to a suitable third party. Otherwise, neither party shall be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations. All notices must be made in writing (by hand, by email, fax or letter via first class mail, which will be deemed delivered 48 hours after posting).
10. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by European and Greek Law, in particular the legislation regulating issues related to electronic commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Volos.
