The website “www.vapehut.gr” is an electronic store selling products via the Internet created and operated by the company VAPE HUT LLC, which is based in Volos and legally represented, with VAT number EL802463378 at the Volos Tax Office and G.E.M.I. 176827744000.

By using our site, you agree to the following terms, which you should read carefully.

VAPE HUT LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Vape Hut”, does not in any way represent that the information contained in the documents and announcements published on this server are suitable for any purpose. Any such document and related graphic representation is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind whatsoever.

“Vape Hut” is not responsible or liable for any damage or moral harm resulting from the inability to provide support services.

You are free to use http://www.vapehut.gr in accordance with the Law and good morals. Responsibility for the contents of the transactions belongs exclusively to you. “Vape Hut” does not exercise any type of correction or intervention in the data you transfer. We ask that you correctly complete the following fields (name, address, message) in the on-line communication forms. The use of the Vape Hut site is subject to Greek and International laws and you agree not to use our site with the intention of violating these laws.

They also agree that all members, associates, employees, management, shareholders and other associates of “Vape Hut” are not responsible for anything arising from third parties using the Vape Hut site. Any use contrary to the above, in addition to any legal or civil penalties, will result in the termination of the services provided without any notice.
